Mixed experience due to slow service
slow service overcrowded table
The decorations were beautiful.
I booked afternoon tea but the service was slow. My tea never arrived even after waiting 30 minutes. The table was overcrowded with uncleared dishes, which i found unacceptable.

friendly staff immaculate grounds delicious chateaubriand overcrowded room poor lighting lack of sockets
the staff were amazing they were friendly and helpful the grounds are immaculate i especially liked walking through the gardens the food in the rhubarb restaurant was delicious i particularly enjoyed the chateaubriand it was cooked perfectly the taxi service to the witchery was a great perk it made getting around easy
the room felt a bit overcrowded there was excessive furniture that wasn't really usable the lighting in the room was also poor it was hard to see clearly the lack of electrical sockets was frustrating it was difficult to plug in a hairdryer near a mirror

great details chilling champagne large tv bathroom
i loved the attention to detail in the rooms i saw. the hotel offered specially selected champagne chilling in my room. i enjoyed the large tv in my room. the bathroom included both a bath and shower.
my breakfast was good, but the service in the dining room was not fast.

the staff was attentive and friendly. they was to go above and beyond to make sure i felt both comfortable and satisfied. i found the concierge team offered excellent recommendations.

the hotel included large grounds that are very well kept. the hotel has peacocks roaming the premises. i could relax or enjoy food and drinks in multiple living and drawing rooms. two beautiful dining rooms existed.
